Creamy Banana-Berry Smoothie

1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen dark cherries
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 medium banana (normally with just 1 or two brown spots).

Makes a TON (see pic) and is 275 cal for the whole pitcher.
(but very low fat, and considering you get 2000 cal per day giving you another 1725 that's not bad).
If it is still a little cal high, use skim instead or pick one of the fruit flavors of V8. I like V-fusion Light Strawberry Banana.

This serving size is also enough to split for a mommy and me size (1 med, 1 small) and that would make it a small number of cal per person.
